  • Airport Pickups

    At Airports, all clients will be met at the Baggage Claim Carousel of their arriving flight, unless otherwise specified when the order is placed.

    Garage Meet/3rd Level: If you have no baggage or carry-on, you may order a Garage Meet Pickup. Just exit the concourse and walk straight out the Ticketing Level, across the Skybridge to the Garage and go down one floor to Level 3. Your Chauffeur will be waiting in front of the Ground Transportation Booth.
  • Wait Time

    We allow a 10 minute grace period, Wait Time charges will begin accruing 10 minutes after the pickup time for Residential and Office Pickup. Wait Time is charged at $10 per 10 minute increment.
  • Additional Stops

    Stops of 10 minutes or less, if 'In Line' from the pickup point, are charged at $10 each. Stops not 'In Line' will be charged additional Zone Rates. Stops MUST be specified at time of order so extra time is scheduled.
  • Holiday Surcharge

    A 25% Surcharge will be added to the Trip Rate on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years Day.
